Cleanse Yourself of Parasites

Most people have no idea that parasites might be living rent-free inside their bodies, influencing everything from mood swings to food cravings. While it might sound like a problem confined to developing countries, the reality is that parasites are far more common in the modern world than we think. If you’ve traveled, eaten sushi, have pets, walk barefoot, or ever had digestive issues, there’s a chance you could benefit from a gentle but effective parasite cleanse. If you suffer from autoimmunity or any chronic conditions, it’s highly recommended to do this cleanse!

Recognizing the Signs

Parasites can be stealthy and live in the body for years without obvious signs. But when symptoms do appear, they often masquerade as other issues:

  • Bloating or gas, especially after meals
  • Brain fog or poor concentration
  • Sugar and carb cravings
  • Sleep disturbances (especially waking between 1–3am)
  • Itchy skin, especially around the nose or anus
  • Anxiety or irritability
  • Fatigue that doesn’t go away with rest
  • Constipation, diarrhea, or IBS-like symptoms
  • Skin rashes, eczema, or hives
  • Teeth grinding, especially in children

The Parasite Lifecycle

Why One Round Isn’t Enough Most parasites have a complex lifecycle: eggs, larvae, and adults. While herbs may kill adult parasites, clove is essential for killing the eggs. This is why many cleanses last 6–8 weeks, covering multiple life cycles. Eggs can hatch in 10–14 days, and reinfection happens easily if you don’t bind and eliminate properly.

Essential Preparation (Start 1 week before) is to Start Slow — parasites release toxins when they die → this causes die-off (Herxheimer reactions): fatigue, brain fog, rash, anxiety, or flu-like symptoms.

Open Detox Pathways First:

    • Bowel movement daily (add magnesium, triphala, or castor oil packs if sluggish)

    • Liver support (dandelion, milk thistle, lemon water)

    • Lymph support (rebounding, dry brushing)

    • Drink half your body weight in ounces of water, adding electrolytes as needed
    • Lighten your diet: reduce sugar, alcohol, dairy, and processed food

Foundational Parasite Cleanse Protocol (8 Weeks) This is a baseline protocol you can follow at home. It hits all stages of the parasite life cycle and supports detox and elimination pathways.

Mandatory Core Protocol (Daily for 6–8 weeks):

  • Wormwood (kills adults)
  • Clove (kills eggs)
  • Green Black Walnut Hull (broad-spectrum antiparasitic)
  • Neem (interrupts life cycle + supports immunity)
  • Diatomaceous Earth (food-grade) (scrapes parasites + absorbs toxins)

Note: Many high-quality supplements combine these herbs in one capsule. Start slow and increase as tolerated.

This capsule contains a solid foundational formula! If it includes wormwood, diatomaceous earth, organic neem, and clove, and each serving delivers 1170mg, it’s hitting most of the core parasite-cleansing targets.

  • Wormwood – kills adult parasites

  • Clove – kills eggs

  • Neem – disrupts parasite life cycles and supports immune cleansing

  • Diatomaceous Earth (DE) – scrapes out parasites + binds toxins

These four together form a complete kill-scrape-eliminate combo, and the two-month supply gives you enough time to move through full life cycles of many parasites (they often lay eggs every 3–4 weeks).

Optional Recommended Additions:

  • Mimosa pudica seed: gelatinous herb that traps and removes parasites
  • Zeolite or bentonite clay: binds heavy metals and toxins parasites release
  • Shilajit: mineral-rich resin that supports detox and mitochondrial health
  • Colloidal silver (short term): natural antimicrobial
  • Lugol’s iodine: supports thyroid and microbial balance
  • Pumpkin seeds: daily raw snack to paralyze worms
  • Chlorella

Take binders (zeolite, clay, charcoal) away from supplements by 1–2 hours.

Timing Tip: Start During the New Moon Parasites are most active during the new moon phase due to natural hormonal cycles. Starting your cleanse around this time may enhance effectiveness.

How Often Should You Cleanse?

  • 2x/year (Spring and Fall) is ideal for maintenance
  • Every 4–6 months if symptoms persist
  • For chronic issues, work with a practitioner for extended or layered protocols

Aftercare: Rebuilding Your Terrain After your cleanse, spend 2–4 weeks rebuilding:

  • Take probiotics (spore-based or diverse strains)
  • Eat fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir, kimchi)
  • Reintroduce mineral-rich foods (seaweed, bone broth, greens)
  • Continue lymph movement and hydration

Parasite cleansing is more than a detox trend — it’s a foundational act of self-care that reconnects you to your gut, your intuition, and your energy. Approach it with intention, patience, and reverence for your body’s wisdom.
